Process of Activity:

The activity lasts for 2 days from 6-7 November 2018 at Damhil UNG Hotel. There were two invited speakers, namely Prof. Dr. -Ing., Misri Gozan, M. Tech, IPM, and Amelia Maika, MA., M. Sc., phD. Participants who are expected to attend this training are researchers and academics who meet the requirements. On the first day, Prof. Misri as the first speaker explained about why are papers rejected. Ms. Amelia Maika as the second speaker explained how to write articles for international publications. After that, a separate discussion was made between the writing of scientific journals accompanied by Prof. Misri. For writing social scientific journals accompanied by Ms. Amelia Maika. On the second day, it was followed by mentoring the unfinished journal on the first day.

Results of Activity:

Increasing participants' knowledge about things that cause paper to be rejected Increasing participants' knowledge about writing a journal to get international publications.

Challenges You Faced:

The time given is not enough to discuss the journal as a whole

Lessons Learned:

The participants advised us to make a workshop like this again so that the enthusiasm of the lecturers in writing journals would be greater and would increase the production of scientific articles from the lecturers.

Recommendation:

-From the articles entered, 80% correspond to the theme of CDSR and 20% will be followed up to be submitted for funding through CDSR

There are one pretest and posttest test sessions. The pretest and posttest results showed that they had a good understanding at the beginning of the session, then their understanding increased at the end of the session.
