The meeting was held in LPPM meeting room, ITB. It was attended by E-Bus researchers, as well as representatives from Bakrie Piping Industries and Bakrie Otoparts. Team from Bakrie presented current progress on E-Bus prototyping process.
Some supply chain resources are needed so that sourcing material is always ready. Mass production doesn't seem to be too difficult because of the passenger number. Fabrication of the prototype has been prepared but need bill of Materials in more detail. chassis and motorbike need 16-digit NIK, aftersale service. Speeds more than 25km / hour need SUT. For a demonstration to the local government, Bakrie will work on the white plate to the Regional Police. It is still possible to replace the 5kw motor using an SRM motor. Test road deadlines should be earlier than the already planned date because it is too close to the launch schedule, not considering the delivery time. SNI0068 / JISSCHG3444 -> requested thickness can be produced, but there is an update of data regarding thickness. need to do fatigue test BPI will supply for fatigue testing and make one prototype. need a proposal to test and compare buckling and welding for the chassis. BPI can provide suspensions etc. and supply chain.
The schedule and deadline are getting tighter
The coordination between parties must be more intense
Follow up for any required information
