This meeting conducted to monitor the progress of current medical records collection and discuss about the project funding uncertainty. Meeting was attended by key persons in Mortality Study team.

There is information about funding of mortality study will be reduced, yet we will continue to collect data untill there is any further instruction to stop the study. We only conduct the study in 4 hospitals in West Java (RSHS, RSUD Al Ihsan and RSUD Majalaya), and cancel the implementation in affiliates. We will also start cleaning the data from REDCap, weekly.

Reduced funding will affect mortality study implementation, but we still waiting until further notice.

Cleaning data will be done through REDCap stats & charts. Should confirm to enumerator about uncomplete/irrational data.

•Confirm to the enumerators about irrational data that found on REDCap. •Create a powerpoint presentation to show the progress of mortality study: how many data have been collected and list several possible outcomes of this study.
