All PICs and FGMs from Indonesia Affiliate University understand USAID SHERA program frameworks, monitoring and reports standards and could obtained appropriate monthly report that meet the standards, in terms of both program and financial based.

This training was planned to be attended by one person from each affiliate, but because of the topics covers detailed information about program and financial reporting, we decided to extent the target participant became two persons (PIC and FGM) from UNSYIAH, UNLAM, UNRAM & UNPATTI. We raised the amount from the planned budget by previous program efficiency. All PICs and FGMs attended the training, that was led by CCR-ARI Partnership Manager and PM Assistant, FGM and MEL Specialist. In two consecutive days we create both pannel discussion and separate class on detailed reporting based on program and financial.

All participants found the material given are very useful but still need further explanation on details about scholar jobdesc, timesheet and payment methods. CCR Lead still preparing on such methods that will be socialized as soon as possible. Lead and Affilates agreed upon time schedule and flow of reporting and routine virtual discussion every Wednesday at 11. 00-12. 00 pm Bandung time.

 

 

Lead will upload FAQ sheet on the CCR website that capture most of question raised during the training.
