Training

1. To build MEL Specialists' knowledge and skills on MIS web application and table to perform data entry for CCRs' event, mentorship logbook and research logbook; 2. To ensure the completeness of database stored in the MIS web application - where all participants will have time to review and correct the database; and 3. To improve CCR MEL specialists' knowledge and skills on identifying impacts that would reflect closely to their respective programming.

Training on Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning had conducted by IIE/SHERA, May 14-17, 2019 at Aryaduta Hotel, Bandung, Indonesia. This training has been attended by MEL specialists from CCR 5 CCR (CCR CDSR, CCR ANBIOCORE, CCR NCSTT, CCR ARI and CCR SMART CITY) and communication specialist from 3 CCR (CCR CDSR, CCR NCSTT, AND CCR SMART CITY). Trainer or instructor for this event are Muhammad Zulfan, Yulianto Dewata and Nizma Fadila from MEL IIE/SHERA and Pravita from Communication IIEF. All participants had arrived at Bandung on May 14, 2019. In the first and second day of training, we had been trained about Management Information System (MIS) web application. We learnt about the processes, procedures, and security mechanism in MIS web application. We had practiced to input data of person, activity report, logbook mentorship, and logbook research. On the third day of training, we learnt about impact stories and most significant change in each CCRs. We learnt how to make good story to explain achievement and impact in CCR. And on the last day we had been given task to make CCR’s booklet, in order to present in HARTEKNAS.

MEL Specialist from CCR ANBIOCORE had improved their knowledge in MIS web application, and Most Significant Change in program.

All the topics given by MEL Specialist and Communication Specialist from IIE/SHERA are very useful for program in each CCR. Unfortunately, this activity was not attended by program and communication specialist division from CCR ANBIOCORE.

MEL Specialist of CCR ANBIOCORE had learned more how to input data to MIS web application in order to submit future monthly report.

In the next training, we hope sent the full team (MEL, Communication and/or Program) to be participated in MEL Training
