1. Investigate the marbling and tenderness of sirloin and silverside of Aceh cattle have different hair colours
2. Investigate polymorphism of four genes related to marbling and tenderness of meat namely myostatin (MSTN), fatty acid binding protein-4 (FABP4), calpain-3 (CAPN-3) and calpastatin (CAST), in Aceh cattle have different hair colours.
3. Investigate the correlation between marbling and tenderness of meats with the polymorphism of myostatin (MSTN), fatty acid binding protein-4 (FABP4), calpain-3 (CAPN-3) and calpastatin (CAST) in Aceh cattle.
