Process of Activity:

This activity is well organized in 3 hours Meeting (December 20, 2019) at Rectorate, IPB University, Dramaga Bogor. Participants in this activity were 14 persons, which consists of management staff from Lead (IPB University) and Affiliates. We had discussed some issues and evaluate all the research and capacity building programs conducted both in lead and affiliates. Each institutions had presented their achievements in the first year, and overall the targets in first year had been acheived. We had coordinated and summarized the progress of activities in each affiliates. Following up and evaluating the activity and financial report. Since ANBIOCORE have to finish by the end of the year 2019, the report on activity and finance need to be done by the end of November 2019. ANBIOCORE responsible staff for activity and finance will brief and guide through the process of finalizing affliates activity and finance report. So affiliates can send proper report to ANBIOCORE in January 2020.

Results of Activity:

Each affiliates will continue to update their achievements until January 2020. Each affiliate will make a statement letter stating about the method given by CCR ANBIOCORE during the training has been applied in research and/or scientific writing in each institution.

Challenges You Faced:

Some data should be check continuously in order to match between lead and affiliates

Lessons Learned:

Communication between lead and affiliates will be continue, even though funding from USAID had been terminated

Recommendation:

We will continue our collaboration and propose some potential funding to make sustainability in this consortium
