Objectives:

Repeating RFLP experiment for FABP4 gene.

Results:

PCR-RFLP of FABP4 gene using Anza86 (NlaIII) enzyme was successfully performed on 9 sampel (#10, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13). the formation of some DNA fragments indicating positive results.

Best Practices:

Teaching scholars in doing PCR-RFLP experiment using NlaIII resctriction enzyme.
