The consultant team established the output that will be generated for this working period, which consists of a prototype of both website (front-end) and information system (back-end), as well as identifying data scarcity with the already acquired data from PGI.

The working framework is established; obtaining necessary LIDAR in strategic location – building database for both 2D and 3D data – building land-sampling framework - cross-check with tax data – visualization. The acquired data from PGI will have to undergone land-sampling framework in order to determine whether the team should obtain more LIDAR data.

1. Identifying technical difficulties and or data scarcity that may impede progress; 2. The land-sampling framework is still in the making

SMART CITY recommends benchmarking for the respective output (website, information system, land-sampling framework) from other sources

The consultant team will have to always update on their data necessity and or infrastructure to each other, because the result may impact others' output. For example, the information system shall always inform the type of data that is necessary to be published on the website

The consultant team will carry on drafting initial land-sampling framework and information database, as well as looking for open-source website developing materials.
